Stop Guessing. Start Improving. Indoor Golf Lessons in Virginia Beach.
Learn in a relaxed, tech-powered indoor setting with no weather, no judgment, and real results.
These Lessons Are Made for You
Whether you've never touched a club or you've been stuck in the same scoring rut for years, this program is designed around golfers exactly like you.
Complete Beginners
Never held a club? No problem. We start with the fundamentals — grip, stance, and swing — at a pace that builds real confidence from day one.
High Handicap Golfers
I use Full Swing golf simulator technology at The Back Nine Golf facility to analyze your swing, identify the areas holding your game back.
Nervous First-Timers
I use a private indoor studio means no crowds, no pressure, and no embarrassment — just you, and I, and a clear path to improvement.
Why Learn Golf Indoors?
A traditional driving range gives you a bucket of balls and no feedback. Full Swing golf simulator technology gives you instant answers.
- Play and improve year-round — With Full Swing golf simulator technology at The Back Nine Golf facility, Lessons aren’t affected by rain, cold, heat, or wind. You can work on your game year-round in Virginia Beach.
- Advanced Full Swing technology - Full Swing technology provides accurate, real-time information about your shots, including ball flight and key performance data. This allows us to see what’s really happening with your swing instead of simply guessing.
- Instant feedback you can understand — See the results of each swing immediately. Full Swing technology helps identify patterns and problem areas so we can make targeted adjustments during your lesson.
- Focused one-on-one instruction — Learn in a comfortable indoor environment where the focus is on your game, your goals, and the areas that will make the biggest difference in your scores.
- Practice with a purpose — Instead of just hitting ball after ball at the driving range, Full Swing technology gives us measurable feedback we can use to make each practice session more productive and focused.

Real Improvements, Not Just Promises
Beginners and high-handicap golfers who commit to indoor instruction consistently report the same three breakthroughs — better ball contact, lower scores, and a new confidence that makes the game genuinely enjoyable.
Cleaner Ball Contact
Most beginners achieve consistent center-face contact within just a few sessions — the single biggest leap in how the game feels.
Lower Scores Faster
Targeted coaching on the specific mistakes hurting your score — topped shots, slices, mis-hits — leads to visible scorecard improvement within weeks.
Lasting Confidence
Walking onto a real course after indoor training means you already know what your swing looks like — and how to fix it when something goes wrong.

Common Questions from New Students
Not sure what to expect? Here are honest answers to the questions we hear most from beginners and high-handicap golfers before their first lesson.
Do I need any prior golf experience?
Absolutely not. Many of our students have never held a club before. Lessons are designed to meet you exactly where you are — we build from scratch if needed.
What should I bring to my first lesson?
Just comfortable athletic clothes and sneakers. We provide clubs, balls, and all equipment at the studio. If you own clubs and prefer to use them, bring them along.
How long is a typical lesson?
Most sessions run 60 minutes. We offer 30-minute introductory sessions for first-timers who want a low-commitment way to try it out.
How much do lessons cost?
At Indoor Golf Lessons, we're here to help beginners and golfers with a handicap of 20+ improve their game in a relaxed and fun environment. With expert instruction tailored to your needs, our sessions are available at just $50 for a full hour or $30 for a convenient half-hour lesson. Whether you’re looking to refine your swing or boost your confidence on the course, our friendly coaches are ready to guide you every step of the way. Let’s tee off your journey to better golf together!
Will I be sharing the simulator with other students?
No. Every lesson is private and one-on-one with your instructor.
How quickly can I expect to improve?
Most students notice a meaningful difference in ball contact after just 2-3 sessions. Committing to 4-6 sessions over a few weeks delivers the most lasting improvement for beginners and high-handicappers.
